Heard of tapas but had not tried it as considered it to be too small a portion to my apetite until I was in Barcelona, where I walked for hours to search one of the recommended tapas in town. Since then, I have had the penchant for tapas, ie real good tapas prepared by Spanish chef. When a friend introduced me to this place one late evening, my immediate respond was, lets get going ! Uno Mas is located in Wanchai district and have a great ambient, it has a tapas bar with a restaurant.
Russian salad with tuna - well marinated tuna....want more. Normally I also favour anchovies tapas

Roasted suckling pig - yum yum....highly recommended. Crispy skin - depending on one's taste, can give most Chinese restaurant roast menu and German restaurant's famous pork knuckle run for money.
